BOOKING & RESERVATION
You can book through our website, WhatsApp, or email. Simply select your desired tour package, choose your date, and fill out the booking form. Our team will contact you within 24 hours for confirmation.
Booking confirmation is typically processed within 1-24 hours after receiving your down payment. For peak season (July, August, December), we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance.
Yes, subject to vehicle and guide availability. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp to check availability. However, we highly recommend booking 2-3 days in advance for the best experience.
Date changes can be made up to 2 days before the tour at no extra charge (subject to availability). Changes made less than 2 days before may incur an administrative fee or be forfeited according to our cancellation policy.
PAYMENT
We accept bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI), e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana), and cash. For international travelers, we also accept PayPal and Wise with additional admin fees.
The listed price includes vehicle + driver, fuel, and parking fees. Entrance tickets to attractions, meals, and other paid activities are not included unless specified in the package.
Additional costs may include: entrance tickets to tourist attractions, meals (if not included in package), tips for driver/guide (optional), and extra activities outside the itinerary.
Refund policy: cancellation 7 days before tour = 50% refund, cancellation 3-6 days before = 25% refund, cancellation 2 days or less = no refund. Force majeure cases (natural disasters, pandemics) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
TOUR PACKAGES
Our standard tour package includes: air-conditioned vehicle (Avanza/Innova/Hiace based on group size), driver who also serves as guide (Indonesian/English speaking), fuel, parking fees, and mineral water. Entrance tickets and meals are not included unless specified.
Our tour durations vary: Half Day Tour (5-6 hours), Full Day Tour (10-12 hours), and Multi-Day Tours. Tour times are flexible and can be adjusted to your needs.
Absolutely! We provide customized tours according to your preferences. Tell us which destinations you’d like to visit, and we’ll create a special itinerary for you.
No minimum required. We serve tours for solo travelers (1 person) to large groups. Prices will be adjusted based on the number of participants.
